Shipping within the United States
Luv Bunny strives to ship all orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time) the same business day from our supplier warehouse located in San Fernando, CA. We ship via USPS. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, any C.O.D. fees and any other fees. In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day and you can determine your actual delivery time with the destination zip code during the checkout process. Luv Bunny respects and protects your personal privacy and we do whatever it takes to preserve it. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name Luv Bunny does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package. All Luv Bunny orders are discreetly packaged in either a plain brown box or padded bubble mailer depending on your items. Neither the brown box nor bubble mailer have the Luv Bunny name or logo anywhere outside of the package. We want to make sure people cannot identify what you ordered just by looking at the box or mailing label. Every order that leaves our warehouse is in plain, anonymous packaging. When required by postal regulations we will include a phone number and mailing address in the From Field – as shown in the mailing label. Otherwise, that field is left completely blank.
Changes or Cancellations of Existing Orders
Luv Bunny works very hard to get your order out as soon as possible. Our goal is to ship out all orders received before 1:00 PM PST (4:00 PM EST). If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order please email Luv Bunny Support immediately and your request will be processed the same of following business day.
Please Note: If your order has been shipped or you have already received a notification that your order is complete along with your order’s tracking number, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Back Order Policy
Luv Bunny will cancel all back orders if a product becomes unavailable on an order unless otherwise requested by our customers. Please contact the Luv Bunny Support email if you have any questions.
We strive to provide the best customer service with an easy returns process. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 90 days from receipt. Contact the Luv Bunny Support email with the word RETURN in the subject. Please note that returns must include a return authorization number (RMA) that will be emailed to you once the return has been approved. Once a return has been approved and an RMA # issued please list all of your items, on a sheet of paper, that you are returning and place that paper inside the box you are shipping back to Luv Bunny.
Please put your Return Authorization Number (RMA # ) on your return box(es) to expedite the credit process.
When the return is shipped back to Luv Bunny and processed by our returns department, your credit memo will be sent to you via e-mail.
Please be aware that Luv Bunny is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that all packages are fully insured for your return order in the case it is lost or damaged. We also recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on refused orders. Refused or returned orders can be re-shipped only with customers approval and at an additional shipping cost.
Note: We will only process returned items that were purchased directly from Luv Bunny.
Luv Bunny is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages with any carrier. On occasions, packages get lost or damaged during shipping; we strongly recommend that your return packages be fully insured.
All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported to Luv Bunny within 7 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier. If or when possible, make sure the driver notes the damage. Luv Bunny asks that you take pictures of the damages to help document your claim.
We also ask that you save the original cartons and packing material for the carrier to inspect, as this is required by all carriers. Contact Luv Bunny Support email with your damage claim reference number assigned by your carrier and we will be there to support you.
Discontinued, Sale or Special Ordered Items
No discontinued, sale or special ordered items will be eligible for a return credit.
All orders that leave the Luv Bunny warehouse are scanned directly into each box before shipping so we can keep mistakes down to a minimum. However, on occasion, an error may occur. Please double check all boxes including the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order. If any item is missing, please contact the Luv Bunny Support email ASAP so that we can get this resolved for you.
